Because files are delivered immediately, all sales are final and refunds are generally not offered once a file has been downloaded. If your file is corrupted, doesn’t arrive, or you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Artwork is licensed for personal use; contact us for commercial licensing. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
